Wanaka, first stage complete and titles issued
​Project Management lead for construction of subdivision and 100 ha. Golf course along with supporting amenities including first building, 20 km of trail networks, jetty, large scale revegetation, overhead power line removal, water treatment and wastewater treatment plants. Titles issued and first building complete.

Amisfield Restaurant
Queenstown, strengthening construction complete and NBS rating achieved
Project Management of seismic upgrade while fully operational. Recently named third best restaurant in the world by a prestigious US culinary magazine. The restaurant has also been crowned restaurant of the year in New Zealand's Good Food Awards.
